Terms of Service
Last updated: 13 July 2026
Overview
These Terms of Service govern your use of trylorette.com (the “Site”) and any purchase you make from Peak Social LLC, trading as Lorette (“Lorette”, “we”, “us”). By browsing the Site or buying from us, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Who May Buy
You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order.
2. Products and Descriptions
We try hard to describe and photograph our products accurately. Colours can vary between screens, and we cannot guarantee that your monitor shows a shade exactly as it appears in life. Products are subject to availability and we may limit or discontinue any of them.
3. Safe Use of Heated Styling Tools
Our devices apply heat to hair. Read the instructions before first use. Do not use them on wet hair unless the instructions say you may, do not leave them switched on and unattended, and keep them away from children. Lorette products are cosmetic styling tools, not medical devices, and we make no claim to treat any medical or dermatological condition. If you have a scalp condition or a concern about hair loss, speak to a doctor rather than relying on anything you read here.
4. Prices, Promotions and Errors
Prices are shown in the currency selected at checkout and may change without notice. Taxes and any shipping cost are calculated and shown before you pay.
Occasionally a price, description or promotion may be published in error. If we discover an error in an order you have placed, we will contact you and give you the choice of confirming the order at the correct price or cancelling it for a full refund. We will never simply charge you more than the price you agreed.
Discount codes cannot be combined unless we say so, have no cash value, and may be withdrawn at any time.
5. Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract forms when we send you a shipping confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order — for example where we suspect fraud, where stock has run out, or where a pricing error has occurred — and if we do, we refund you in full.
6. Returns
Returns are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
7. Your Content
If you send us a review, photograph or other content, you keep ownership of it, but you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce and display it in connection with our business, including in marketing. You confirm that the content is yours to give, that it is truthful, and that it does not infringe anyone else’s rights. We may decline to publish, or remove, any content — but we do not remove a review merely because it is critical.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, not to attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, not to interfere with its operation, and not to scrape or copy it for a competing purpose.
9. Third-Party Links
The Site may link to third-party sites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content or their practices.
10. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The Site is provided “as is”. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Peak Social LLC and its officers, employees and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential damages, or for lost profits, arising out of your use of the Site or of any product bought through it. Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot be excluded under the law that applies to you — including the statutory guarantees of the Australian Consumer Law and the consumer rights of the UK and EU.
11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Peak Social LLC against any claim arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.
12. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules, and the courts of Wyoming will have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident in the UK, the EU or Australia, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your country of residence, and you may bring proceedings in your local courts.
Before starting any formal proceedings, please email us at support@trylorette.com. Most disputes are resolved that way.
13. Severability and Changes
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remain in force. We may revise these Terms at any time; the version published on this page when you place an order is the one that applies to that order.
